Hey everyone here's some information that I was able to dig up concerning scribing scrolls using the Scribe Scroll feat...
I) You need dragons blood to scribe Time Stop, Harm, and True Seeing (confirmed by myself by looking at the des_matcomp.2da files)
II) There are some spells that you just can't scribe. (Not sure what these are, but I think they are Resurect, Raise Dead, Imanimportantwizard's greater (and lesser) missile storm. And possibly a few others.) Unconfirmed because I'm not sure that there is a way to confirm this. Still researching it.
