Palantir, Galadriel's Mirror, etc. combine Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, Scrying and the occasional Augury/See the future. Too bad Sauron didn't have Teleport Without Error. What a sad outsider he was.

Because you're an evil old witch/hag, not a high level wizard. If you look up Disney witch hags, you'll see that teleport isn't on their spell list.

addendum: and you have to ask the mirror the right question. Who's the fairest of them all and *where is she*? Sloppy wording, sloppy scrying.
