Sean Reynolds Let Go

The above is quoted directly from SKR's site. What could have happened that would require a NDA?

Just as if I were an employee, my NDA prevents me from spilling the beans on unannounced WotC plans, profitability, resources, upcoming products, etc. It's pretty standard for an IP company. Nothing ominous in it.

'm not an OGL/SRD/D20 expert. Does any of this mean I should be downloading all of SKR's Realms stuff off of his site? Is WOTC going to make him remove it?

Not as far as I know. I'm not trying to sell it, so it's basically a fan-creation just like any other fan site.

And as for Monte's game table, he knows he's going to have to deal with me every Monday for at least five more months. Plenty of time to kill my character. Again. ;)

Anyway, thanks for the nice messages and emails, everyone.

Any other fan-created stuff coming from you, Sean? I'm still drooling over the possibility that you'll either post a 3E version of Saberhagen's Twelve Swords, or even post your original 2E version so conversion could be done.

Though this DOES sound like it'd be better under ELH or DDG rules, dealing with artifacts....

Heh, I have a folder on my desktop called "RPG to post." It's all stuff I plan to post to my site, and not counting my PBEM logs it's still about 1 MB of material. And that doesn include the Saberhagen swords. :)

Remade? Huh?

I also don't intend to see the remade version of E.T. But don't miss out on this scene--rent the old version! :D

Heyyy...remade? Isn't it just being re-released in theaters? What's this "remade" business I'm hearing?

The new release has some small modifications, I'm told. I hear the sounds has been redone, a few scenes have been reworked with better effects, an edit here or there (a gun or two has been edited out, for example). Still the same basic movie, though.

And then we reincarnate him as a flumph! };>

Best of luck in your future endeavors, veggie-boy. I remember the day when you arrived on the TSR Online scene, replacing Rob Rhepp. You didn't know diddly about GH, back then, but my how you have adapted. ;)

I have a few screenplays running amuck in my brain, as well. The world is simply not ready for them.

Hey, and you'll still be around (on those boards) long after that, I hope... There are many people who would get bored if deprived from the right to rant about your rants.

The real issue is what happens, next? Master Tools is probably effectively dead, at this juncture. Hasbro will most likely farm out D&D to contractors on a routine basis, so quality may or may not maintain from this point forward. It sounds like Hasbro's plan is simply to fan the embers, and let D&D stagnate by 2002. I hope that's not the case, but I get the distinct feeling that WOTC is no longer planning that far ahead, or has planned to neglect their product lines after a certain point. After 3 layoffs, I can't imagine much of a future for WOTC's support of D&D, beyond simple maintenance. I hope I'm wrong (lord knows I have been before, and will be again).

AAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHH!!! The sky is falling! The sky is falling!

**runs around like a chicken with its head cut off** :D
