I can't find a way to Search these massive forums anywhere.You have to be a Community Supporter (i.e. pay money) to search, as well as getting access to certain other functions (like private messages).
If you're not, there are two workarounds:
1. Post on Meta asking someone to search for you.
2. Search via google. Just add "site:enworld.org" to the search term.

Or if you have rules question just ask it in the rules forum. We are not search fiends here. Nobody really yells at you for posting stuff that has been posted before. We have a lot to say and will take any opprotunity to say what we want 
BUT
If you are looking for something in partucular then yeah I guess go to Meta and just ask. It usally gets answered pretty quick. Everyone not being able to search has something to do with taking up to much server capacity or some such.
