Where are the forum rules?

My guess would be they would be stickied in the Meta forum, but I don't see it. And on a site like this searching "rules" is... no helpful.

Maybe the Rules post is by Morrus and since he has me blocked it is invisible?

In any case, I was hoping to look up the rules regarding +threads, since I seem to have gotten it wrong.

I'm pretty sure it's that "Terms and rules" listing at the bottom-right of every page, between "Contact us" and "Privacy policy."

That said, it has nothing at all about "plus" threads.
