Searching for a Miniature [Dwarf Ranger Bow]

First Post
So I've recently started a new very story driven campaign. We use miniatures and tiles like most 4e games do. However because of my background story and the story in general I have a character that is proving hard to find a mini for.

I am looking for a Male Dwarf Ranger who uses a Longbow/Shortbow/Greatbow. I am aware there are a million and one crossbow dwarfs, however within our narrative it makes sense for my dwarf to have a bow.

I've been googling for the last couple hours without any luck. Metal or Plastic is fine. If there is a really easy cut and paste job I could probably do it with the resources we have for Warhammer 40k model building (plastic).

I've looked through reaper and troll & toad is kind of hard to navigate but I think I've looked through them, may have missed something tho.

If all of that is not doable and I have to settle for a crossbow dwarf, is there another site with the WotC mini's with an easier to search through listing than Troll and Toad? Even if it's just for picture referencing and buying somewhere else?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Those would be perfect. I checked Ebay for any singles and did not find any. There where a couple close to those however the seller was in the UK and the figures where broken (One was missing half of his bow, the other had a broken weapon on its back)

If I could find them that would be exactly what I wanted.

These also would work pretty well. I don't have the paint for metal figures available as I typically get plastic figures. I'm debating if it's be worth the cost to get a bunch of paints just for one figure or if I should just use him unpainted, which would be fine.

Thank you, I'll be leafing through these to see if I can find something close. Maybe a hunched over human with a bow will work afterall.

The paints for your plastic figures (acrylics ?) should work perfectly well on metal. Don't forget the Milliput if you want to enhance the beard ;)
