Second wind a power?

Basically, when the issue of tracking Second Wind comes up (on character sheets / aids in general) it's formatted as if it where a power, because that's how the cards are set up and showing it any other way would be confusing. But in the actual rules text it's just a block of text, even where other powers are shown in the power-block format.
Yup.

It's not a power just like an action point is not a power (which is also represented using a card in the Character Builder).
