Seeking accurate, robust 3.5E stat-block generator ...

As the subject line says, I'm seeking an accurate, robust 3.5E stat-block generator. Either web-based or stand-alone is fine.

Google turned up several, but I don't have time to test them all. Can anyone make a recommendation from experience?
