Seeking recommendations for company forums

We use phpbb and our server is under lunarpages.com who also has it very easy to have phpbb set up for your account. After several steps they will load it up for you under your control board..... The only thing I didn't like about ezboards was if you didn't pay you had ads at the top.

If you are supporting your business, you can afford a gold ezboard account.

Does EZ Boards handle backups and updates themselves?

I had phpbb and I'm really sick of having to rebuild a customized setup every time there's a problem or an upgrade. I want something I can set up once and have it be completely hands-off as far as upkeep, without having to worry about lost data.

If they'll do that, it's worth a reasonable fee.
