[Semi urgent]Cement to aggregate ratio?

I'm doing course work on the strength of concrete reletive to the cement to aggregate ratio. We are advised to get 'proof' from a book or site that states some strong ratios (along with scientific stuff about molecules and the reations) can anyone help with this part, it would be more helpful if you send me to a site then say it to me without reference.

p.s no this is not cheating, if I faked results to match a prediction that would be cheating. And counter-intiuitive.
