Do you have the 2004 autoban calender? Does your 2004 calender have pictures of nature like snow covered forests, beutiful deserts, and interesting countryside shots?

Don't throw it away! Send it to me!

I am collecting a number of pictures of landscapes to use in my game, to sort of set mood, corral players (if they understand how hard it is to not follow a path in the mountains, they are less likely to do so), and give general impressions of what things look like.

Granted you could do this for yourself, but hey I thought I would ask..

Of course I can, but the thing is I cant print them out worth a darned. I would rather use nice calender pics from people's unwanted calenders. I don't believe in laptops at the table, and even if I did, my players would not be able to see the screen. Thus asking for people's old calenders is the best I can do.

This time of year, you might be able to get some 2004 calendars from bookstores. Back when I worked in a couple of them, we'd tear off the covers of the ones that didn't sell for return (as with paperback books, to keep the cost of returns to the publisher down) and throw away the body of the calendar. Check with some bookstore managers and tell them it is for a project you are doing and maybe they'll give you more than you need.

Alternately, you might do well to stop in some travel agencies and see if they would like for you to throw away all of their old magazines. Bet there's lots of good pics in some of those.

Yes. Once you bolt those to the table, they no long swivel.
