Today I got my copy of Serenity: The Official Visual Companion from Amazon.com. Short of it being Inara: The Official Virtual Companion (
), it looks great.
In addition to lots of pictures from the movie and the set during production, it has some concept artwork; a lengthy interview with Joss as well as his pre-production memos on certain areas of the project, including background notes on the 'Verse; and a shooting script with storyboard sections and scenes that were deleted from the movie. Shiny!
