D&D (2024) Set ups for tables where not everyone can purchase the book?

I believe D&D Beyond still allows sharing all owned content with players with a DM level subscription. Obviously that costs money too, but may work out more economical depending upon the amount of content being shared and the length of the campaign.

I designed and printed out action cards so that there is no need for players to look at the books. I did this for our family games as we didn't think of buying additional PHBs, but also because I believe that it's actually better not to let players use books at the table if they can avoid it.

This was one avenue I've considered implementing, at minimum for spells and possibly certain class features or feats. What spells do and how they each resolve feels like additional time that might be better doing something else; 80% of this party has spell slots btw.

Some of this will get better when they learn their go-to or list they use often, I realize.
