Well I am now getting some plot and story ideas for the campaign yet having trouble like all DM/GM/Storyteller. What's a good way to start a campaign set in the Tron Universe?

Here's a thought just off the top of my head, bearing in mind I've only seen the movie:

A few years after the events of the first movie, the "digitising" laser has been developed to the point of a prototype teleportation system for live subjects. The prototype is set up in a special facility with its own power-plant to provide energy for large-scale transmission, the objective being to teleport some white mice from there to a sister facility several kilometers away.

Late one evening, a group of grad students who are working on the project are having an impromptu party in the building along with some friends, to celebrate the impending full-scale test the next day, when the power plant begins to overload, building up to an explosion that'll take out the building. Fires block the available exits, and the only hope of escape is to use all that excess power to trigger the laser and teleport everyone to the other facility.

Unknown to them, this is all orchestrated by a big-bad AI, which has hacked into the facility with the objective of gaining information about the project, and about Users in general. When the digitising laser deconstructs the group, they are intercepted before transmission and brought into the digital world, where the AI intends to interrogate them.

After a fortuitous break-out and a tutorial on their new reality from some programs who escaped with them, they are faced with a difficult task: They cannot merely attempt to escape from the digital world back to where they came from, or they'll be killed in the exploding building. Instead, they must find the laser transmission software and wrest control of it back from the evil AI, in order to complete their transmission to the second test facility. In the real world, they have only seconds to do this, though in terms of the digital world that may equate to weeks or months.
