no, once i get all my hp I can just polymorph and get new legs grown. my wings were riped off and they were re-atached by a cleric npc (who charged me XD) but I still cant use them, they're useless for 3 months (they need more healing ungettable by cure spells nor by resting, just time).

What about your ability scores? Do they grow over levels, or did you start with ridiculous Cha on top of your ridiculously good SLAs (for first level)? If yes, you can swing some encounters easily just by virtue of massive Diplomacy/Bluff/Intimidate. Be creative, and your unbalanced level 1 (or even level 4) abilities will make stuff seem EZ that's borderline impossible otherwise. For example, it sounds as if you got a fly speed at first level. Even if you had NOTHING else, that'd still be an ability other 1st level characters would kill for. Take a bow and go to town.

I'd advise you to look less at what your DM 'took away', but at what you still have to play with at very low level. Flight, DimDoor, Charm Person (at will?!), not to mention the excellent Outsider type - you're waaay unbalanced. If your DM takes a heavy-handed approach to 'balancing' you out, you should swallow it no questions asked and consider yourself lucky you're allowed to keep the rest.

Over the course of the campaign, things will even out a lot, maybe to the point of making you feel useless in comparison to your Human Wizard or Cleric colleague, but over the first few levels, your character STILL sounds pretty OP.

So, to sum up, answering your initial question: crybaby, no doubt about it... :p

You can regain HP without bleeding out to death when having half your body ripped off?
You can regenerate limbs with Polymorph?
Yeah, that's seriously powerful.

Dude, could any other party members cast dimension door, charm person, detect thoughts etc at first level?

No?

Know why?

Cuz you're way overpowered.

EDIT: You realize that normally, you have to be about 7th level to cast a 4th level spell, right?

I didn't know Polymorph could do that!

Just goes to show, you learn something new every day.
