Shackled City question

This is a question to anyone who has played Shackled city:

My party is on Occipitus about half-way through the adventure; what level should we be, and roughly how much gold worth of items should we have?

I ran the adventure all the way through. You are half way and it's an adventure for levels 1-20 so I'd wager 10th level (I don't have the book with me). The beginning chapter should suggest where the party should be by then.
