Shadow Dragon Questions

1) Do the negative levels from a Shadow Dragon's breath weapon have a chance to become permanent level losses after 24 hours?

2) Does a Shadow Dragon gain hp from negative levels through its breath weapon? (the SRD states that it does not if the negative level is caused "by a spell or similar effect").

2) Would the breath weapon of a Shadow Dragon heal undead? (since it's negative energy)

1. yes

2. i would say no since the energy drain is the effect of the "BREATH WEAPON" ability entry, Rather than being part of an "ENERGY DRAIN" ability entry. Plus it would seem wierd overall.

3. only if itthe breath does negative energy damage, not just level loss [undead are immune to the level loss effect]
