Shadow Touch Attack

When a shadow hits with a touch attack it does 1d6 points of Strength damage. Is there any errata that adds a save to resist this?

Not that I recall seeing.

It is interesting that there is a save against the wraiths CON drain, but since that is permanent damage I can understand why.
