After a short negotiation, the troll gangers agreed to the ‘parking fee’ of 50¥, and 100¥ more when the team returned (30¥ for each team member) and quickly unload the van of their gear. By the time Ntensity returns his astral scouting the group has started donning their chemical suits and gas masks. When that is done there was a minor complication of getting Fluffy down into the tunnel itself but the troll was able to simply pick the drone up and carrying it one-handed down the latter, which was not far especially for someone over eight feet tall. That settled the team made their way through the old tunnels. They all note that there has been little maintenance down here for many long years. Some of the concrete has cracked so badly that there are large section of the ceilings and walls that have collapsed. Not enough to impede the team’s movement. After 40 some minutes of following the map AR overlay the team found themselves at section of the wall where the ‘workout’ part of the mission needed to start. Taking turns with the tools provided the team broke through the wall after about an hour. All were covered in sweat and dirt by the end but a large section of the plastisteel security wall was now visible. With ample applications from the catalyst sprayer cans the plastisteel started to almost instantly bumble and break down. Within five minutes most of it had dissolved and the team was able to easily pull the rest of it away revealing a thin metal vent siding behind it. Breaking that open was fairly easy and beyond was a dark ventilation tunnel. This system seemed fairly large, but even so, Ntensity figured it would be a tight fit for him to try and go very far through it. There was reddish flashing lights coming through a grating opening about twenty feet to the west while towards the east the tunnel turned sharply ninety degrees to the south about thirty feet away… [gm]As I mentioned wanted to move it right up to the adventure, so hope this was cool.
