Shadurakul PC

hello. I hope I am in the right place. I need help in converting the Shadurakul Canomorph found in the Fiend Folio (d20) from a 6th level fighter as it is found in the book into a 1st level ranger. I know how to make base PCs (human,elf, orc,etc) but havent tried anything like this and I am totally lost. Any help out there?

All you have to do is subtract the BAB, and saves of a sixth level fighter from the ones listed. Then, figure out which feats he gained as fighter bonus feats, and remove those. Subtract 33hp + Con mod*6 from his hp. (You get 33 because the fighter has a d10 for and average of 5.5 hp at each level.) Then remove all the skill points gained from being a fighter. That should strip it down to the base creature. Now just add one level of ranger and viola!

Another option is to take the shadow mastiff stats (the basis of the shadurakul), add the canomorph abilities and propably use the elite array for stats, and then add the ranger level as though you were multiclassing into the ranger class (which, effectively, you are doing).
