Shared Focus

Elven Lightblade has shared focus with Shortsword and Rapier. Does this mean that one with proficiency with either of those is proficient with the Elven Lightblade? Or does it mean that when you take Weapon Focus with a Short Sword or Rapier you get it with the Elven Lightblade as well?

if you have Greater Weapon Focus, Greater Weapon Specialization, Improved Critical, Weapon Focus and/or Weapon Specialization for either the Short Sword or the Rapier; the benefits that weapon would receive, apply to the Elven Lightblade. One still has to have proficiency by way of Exotic Weapon Proficiency or have elven blood and Improved Weapon Familiarity (CWar)
