Hey Carnifex, did you see my Sharkmaster PrC in Kamikaze Midget's Deity-a-week thread? might be useful :D

Yeah I saw that, and posted in the thread that I've been using some similar concepts for a fair while already ;)

Gotta say, the 4-armed sahuagin mutants are great for really intimidating players though. "It's wielding how many tridents?!"

We have several playing characters that can take an aquatic form, and so my wife DMed a module with these PC's around four months ago where the main opponents were humanoid sharks. She came up with the concept after watching a show on the Discovery channel about alternate forms of evolution.

You can buy the entire "Blue Planet" series on DVD as well; well worth it for undersea inspirations.

In my undersea campaign I have opinaku, half-eleven offspring of human weresharks and sea elves. The half-elven females are beauteous, while the males have rough skin and a more shark-like demeanor. The offspring of two half-elven opinaku is a silver-skinned green-eyed shark.

Will, there's a new shark-like race in The Love of Art: Drawn to Gehenna, which is an Enkwell product. They are called the Skive and are pretty cool - shark-like skin that feels like velvet when you rub it one way but cuts like a razor when you rub it the other....

...just imagine the possibilities.... ;)

You can see a picture of one on the cover, here:

Enjoy!

Dude, that cover freaks me out :D. I'll have to check it out... my PCs are currently finishing U2 before moving on to U3, and I plan on moving towards a seafaring-underwater campaign for a bit... plus perhaps some Planewalking eventually ;). Speaking of which, dunno if you know Luiz from the PW crew (Brasil). He is moving to Munich for a bit so with the Lady's Grace he might be joining my group for a while :D.
