No I haven't but then I've made it a point to not buy much of WotC adventures and buy more Necromancer Games/d20 to help keep things going on the d20 front.

Has anybody done this, or have any ideas how it should be done?

If I had a copy of this adventure, I'd be happy to try to help you fit it in somewhere. But since I know nothing about it, I can't. :\

Is there a decent review/synopsis online, where I could get a feel for it?

Wolves,

Not that I'm aware of. I might try looking, but then again I'm not sure I want to be infected by WotC adventures just yet.

You'll be fine if you use protection, more than one form if you can. :)

I don't have any recommendations for infecticides though, I'm afraid.

More seriously, the adventure looks pretty good. I still have to get around to running the adventures I already have, though.

In general, the biggest problem with converting adventures to the Scarred Lands lies in the Druid/Cleric dichotomy and the spells available to each, and to a lesser extent, the Wizard/Sorcerer split.

For example, if the villian in an adventure is an evil cleric and you want to make him an evil druid to fit the SL theme, you have to get rid of all of his Glyphs of Warding. On the flip side, one of the neatest things about the SL is how Good and Evil will team up to stop Titanic, so not every "evil" cleric would be your enemy, and it would actually be a victory to have an evil cleric convert a horde of orcs, because that's less titanworship left in the world.

What wolves said, at least about evil clerics (especially Charudnites) working to convert hordes of "heathen" orcs to a god instead of titanspawn-ery and/or sorcery.
