I've got the bracers of Brachiation.
(You gain a climb speed equal to half your ground speed)

I would allow it if you wanted to use a feat on it. Being able to climb 6 instead of 3 is pretty nice.

My ground speed is 9 so i could walk 9 squares on walls

When i end my move on a wall, do i fall down or can i just stand on it?

You can just hang out there - though the rules don't describe the effort required. One could reasonably declare it takes a hand to maintain climbing, for instance. Or not. Depends on the DM.

Shouldn't matter too much to a monk.

I think it's fine, unless the power specifically states otherwise. There's no actual pause between rounds even though we stop and let everyone else take their turns.
