Shivering Touch, alot of power for such a little spell?

The comparison of Shivering Touch to Hold Person is not very valid since Hold Person gets another saving throw every round.

I think having it where the subject's Dex score cannot drop below 1, like in Ray of Enfeeblement, would work quite well.

What kind of fix would you guys propose?

This is the fix I would use. It would still be a pretty nasty spell, though.

EDIT: Oh, and make it a Dexterity penalty, instead of Dexterity damage, so that it will not stack with itself.
