Shocking Grasp and being grappled

If a spellcaster has Shocking Grasp charged and has an opponent successfully grapple him, does his shocking grasp automatically discharge on the grappler?

No. Since his hand is a light weapon, he can still make a touch attack while grappled (but not pinned).
