Hope people enjoy, I've had a lot of fun playing a variety of 4e Seekers and wanted to revise.
Given that there tends to be some free feats given out in many 4e games to fix the feat tax problem of missing a +1/2/3 to hit/NADs, I've given them in most cases a free feat or two in response to that. If that isn't happening, the feats in question are almost certainly valuable enough to be gotten early and just delay some of the feat choices until 14/16 instead.
