Should Ecology articles be one-time only?

Another suitable option would be to present the ecology articles of already-been-done creatures as the "Ecology of the [Blank]" but have them set on Eberron. When the creature is one that hasn't been done before, go ahead and make it generic. But when the creature has already been seen before, just do it with Eberron flavor text.
