Hey All,
Just a quick note to give kudos to DriveThruRPG and their excellent customer service. Had to re-download my library because of computer issues and some of my titles (notably the old TSR releases) downloaded as text files suggesting that I contact support. After confirming it wasn't finger-problems or browser/firewall issues they immediately got back to me, turns out I will be able to re-download them once they are re-releases by WOTC.
No muss -- no fuss -- a direct answer with a solution. I wish all companies support would provide this kind of service. Excellent and well done!
