I'll be gone for the weekend. Since Findoram hasn't much to do in the short suprise combats i doubt you'll miss him. If so, NPC him as you see fit.

*Rillian is too far ahead to reach the battle, so he braces himself and prepares to defend anyone who runs forward past him. Anton tries to fire, but the enemy has a bunch of cover from the others in the way, so the shot goes wide. Meliana closes her eyes and concentrates, though nothing seems to happen. The creature snarls, violently outraged by the near-successful grapple by Tandi (especially since it seems like in most cases, it should have beaten Tandi easily at a grapple), so it lashes at her once as it moves up next to the crystalline wall and then vanishes.*

(OOC: Tandi takes 8 Damage)

"What now?" Thurgan wonders, asking the others for ideas on what to do next.

"Someone must heal the one who is dying. Was the plan not to continue on?" Sashal states.

"I...well, I linked with it. I usually use the link so I can heal people from farther away, but it lets me know the distance and direction. It's moving erratically, seemingly through the walls...so I couldn't track it, but if it gets close, I can tell you."

as usual, Scun will use the wand to heal whoever needs it. he is careful however to stay towards the center of the group if possible to avoid being ambushed

We still in initiative mode? If not, Tandi will do the following:

Tandi winced when the creature struck out at her again. She was getting tired and beaten and it wouldn't help her friends any further if she couldn't fight. She quickly helped Scun gather the wounded and waited for her turn to be graced by the healing power of the wand that Scun had acquired.

 

[Lot]

Eskon stands guard as best he can as the wounded are gathered. He does his best to remain confident but his eyes cannot hide his worry.

"I think we're wearing it down," he says jokingly. His expression then turns serious as he looks down the crystalline passage.

"Hyrag, help us. This shadowy thing is beyond all but your divine grace."

(OOC: 5 charges bring Rhys up to full. Tandi takes 3 charges and is then missing 2 HP, which probably isn't worth another wand charge. Then they are ready to continue. Of course, they are currently in a dead end with a corpse in it)

ooc: are all the walls at the dead end the same? all crystal?

Rhys slowly stands after receiving the healing and looks his armor over. Thanks for the revival. I think I may need new armor after this, the backside is looking a bit thin. Is there a secret passage or such?

ooc: I'm leaving on vacation (no internet) until September 6th. Please put Scun on autopilot and heal people with his wand of cure light if need be. (20 charges remain after those last 8 were used just now)
