The dragon smiles at both of the moves
Both are good moves, and worthy of fighters of your ablity. Jin Chi's use of the manticore style is masterfull. But so is Sidhe Li's use of the mantis style.
I find that the move of Sidhe Li, to be the better in this match, his attack was limited but more telling.
The dragon breaths a small ball of blue flame into his hand, and then sets it adrift on the side of Sidhe Li.

Sidhe Li seizes upon his quick lead and unleashes with a series of telling blows. As he attacks his eyes glow red and he growls before he can check his aggression.

You both strike at the same area, this is good. The pure mongoose is a fast style, the rat is sneaky however and can sometimes do things that speed lacks.
The defense on the other hand is where this round will be decided.
He then blows a second ball of flame into his claw, and sets it adrift on the side of Jin Chi. At the same time the blue flame on Sidhe Li's side turns to smoke.

Point Jin Chi, 3 flags netural. Jin Chi also gains one yen this round

Returning to the Manticore-style, Jin Chi moves in and aims a careful blow to Sidhe Li's head, and then moves with alarming speed to avoid the other man's maneuver.
The manticore calmly impales the fountain; dances close to the speed of the soul as it fends off the beauty of the willow!
