Do you want 4e lite?

I'm selfish and vindictive, but not necessarily in that order. I voted no.

My reasons, in this order:

1. As a direct response to your insulting tone.

2. As other posters have said, WotC has better things to focus their efforts on.

As an alternative to the lite idea, may I ask that WoTC release the Black Dragon stats from the Delve? I've got the PCs and I'd like to run them against a foe to see for myself, since I couldn't make it to the Con, how they play.

And since these stats are already done, it would be a minimum of work for the designers to PDF the stats and upload it.

Sorry, no. There are plenty of sites that purposely handle petitions. This isn't one of them.

Frankly, I'm even less inclined to after you insulted half the people responding. Folks are entitled to express their opinion if you ask for it.

QUIT BEING FAIR AND REASONABLE!!1!!!1!!!!!!!one11!!!1!1!1!

First, define "4e lite" and tell me how it differs from the standard 4e. Then, let me know what purpose it would serve when one of the design goals of 4e is simplification.

but i don't want 4ed. i want OD&D(1974) in print again.
If 4e doesn't thrill me, I think I might start beating that drum with you.

Yep.

I like what I see so far, but if 4e ends up disappointing me then I'll be limiting all future dungeon crawls to Moldvay Basic.

This reminds me. I need to buy up all the remaining Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay books I'm missing before the line stops printing. While I like the sound of 4E, WFRP has a wholly different style of play that I also enjoy. Damn shame that Black Industries decided it doesn't want to make RPG's, anymore. Especially after they finally put out a 40k RPG! What a gip. :(

No, I want WotC to focus on 4e proper. However, I would love to see a revised edition of True20 that uses The Math 4e is based on, its simplified skills, and its saves-as-defenses.
