Signs & Portents issue 2

I picked up Mongoose's house organ Signs & Portents yesterday. Overall I was really impressed by the look of it, the layout graphics, etc. but I found the content to be a little wanting. Anyone else read S&P2 and have any opinions?

I haven't seen it myself. Does it have much stuff useable separately to Mongoose's books? I got the impression that the mix between Mongoose-specific stuff and generic stuff was about 50:50.

The vast majority was Mongoose specific. I kinda expected that though so, no biggie, I've got no problem with 'goose, I like what they do, but I do think they need to spread their wings a bit to make the magazine fly. House organs have a notoriously short lifespan. But the look of it, honestly is awesome. They have fantastic production values.

It's content where they need some work.
