Sillit Attack - Reality Check

Fiend Folio pg. 129, Sillit (under Nerra) -

BAB: +7
Full Attack: Shard longsword +12 melee

Shouldn't that be +12/+7? Don't creatures with weapons get iterative attacks, regardless of creature type? Or am I just reading something wrong?

Next question: does a "bleeding wounds" effect (the sillit has this from its Shard Spray attack) count as continuous damage for the purposes of hindering spellcasting?

Thanks in advance,

Yes, I believe you're correct.

Interesting- I guess they didn't catch that one in editing, but the FF is generally one of my favorite 3e monster books!

Shard weapons are actual manufactured (grown?) weapons. I think this is just a goof.

And I'd say that the shard spray's continued bleeding is definitely continuous damage for spell disruption purposes- but there's a good chance it changed to flat con damage in the 3.5 update (I'd check the online update document, available on the WotC website).
