Silven Publishing is looking for a freelance mechanics editor. Potential candidates should have a good grasp of D20 rules and the ability to recognize and correct formatting errors. The majority of mechanical errors we come across are improper capitalizations, italics, and similar problems of format. Candidates should also be able to judge the power level of material, modifying text accordingly. Most of Silven's publications are d20, but we do publish new rule sets. Candidates should be able to work with the development of new rule systems.
