Leopold,

We have our office gnomes working hard and fast on this one. It may be the middle of March or so before it's ready to fly, but I think the wait will be well worth it. We've added some very nice things and are trying to cram in a few more surprise goodies, too.

"Gentle Readers" ;) ::nudge nudge, say no more::,
If you haven't already, do check out the reviews of our other products: Races of Evernor I & II. We've done very well by the critics out there and we think the products are great (we're biased, I know, but biased people gotta eat, too). A tip o' the fez to Olgar for the link! :)

Cheers!
Ian

Let me tell you this: Buy the book of templates for one reason and one reason alone.

The rustmonsterish (ferroish?) bulletes.

I forget the actual template name but my players quickly found out that attacking one and then seeing their weapon and armor vanish in a pile of rusty metal was a frightening sight! I love this book, i use it as much as possible!

::blushes::

Awww, yer too kind, Leopold! The actual template name is "ferrovore", BTW (my lame attempt to splice "ferrous" with "vore" [eater of]). Glad you like the product that well! As an aside, bulettes with a rusting breath weapon are the epitome of evil game design, IMHO :) My gaming group doesn't want me GMing anymore :D

Cheers!
Ian

That sounds very cool. A rust monster makes a much better template for the shock value.

Rust monsters are tough enough without using their abilities as a template over one of the other toughest monsters in the game, aren't they? Why, the effects of this addition to a game might be too much of a challenge for some players!

Mark makes a note to add this to his list of things to bring to the game table... ;)

Most players, actually. That's a really nasty combination. Your players may never forgive you as they roll up new characters... :)

Cheers!

Yeah. Tuesday isn't the day I would have picked, either, but whatever works, I guess. We hope you enjoy the product!

Cheers!

But its Mardi Gras! Who needs topless girls, lots of alcohol, and ten tons of beads when you have GM's day... :)

That's what I always say ;) Of course, I thought the topless girls, alcohol and beads were part of the GM's Day celebration. Oh well...

Will the deluxe edition of the templates book have the bead lusting, drunk, and topless girl gone wild templates?

Will it be illustrated?

Who is the artist?

Will there be an art preview?
