I will probably not make the Magnetic tiles available as PDFs. There will be PDF dungeon tiles with all new elements, though.

To laminate things like this you want to use cold lamination, not hot lamination.

There are several brands of cold lamination available: my favorite is Xyron. If you don't want to buy the machine and the laminate rolls you can usually use one very cheaply at a crafting/scrapbooking store.

Cold laminate is basically perfectly-clear sticky-backed plastic laminate that adheres to nearly anything. You run your full sheet through the machine and then cut it apart. The laminate will stick perfectly and never peel up on its own.

Oh, and Xyron also sells a roll of material that laminates one side and applies magnet material to the other. Very handy stuff.
