Do Skels and Zombies heal naturally? (and indeed other "lesser" undead), If not how do you fix them?

IIRC, the MM "undead" type description says they do not heal naturally, but you can heal them with an inflict spell.

Nonintelligent undead don't heal on their own, although they can be healed via the inflict X wounds spells.
