First up, Skull & Bones was one of the only books I was considering picking up at GenCon last week and...it's out of print! BUT, they are doing another printing within the next couple months so it'll be available again.

I don't know who you talked to, but neither of those things is true. Skull & Bones is in print and in fact I brought extra to GenCon because of Pirates 2. It's also available as a PDF on GR.com and rpgnow.

Actually, Chris, I misspoke. I think that the book I was seeking that was out of print was the Freeport Campaign Setting. I conflated it with Skull & Bones because I was intending on getting both this year at GenCon. As it happened, I spent so little time in the Dealer Hall this year (I blame all the awesome ENWorlder run games that I was playing) that I failed to check for Skull & Bones on my hurried trip back in to buy Terror at Talabheim.

Suffice it to say however that I'm a huge fan of you guys products and (hint hint) if the Green Ronin/Black Industries gang wants to crank me out a Warhammer FRP compatible suppliment with ship to ship battle rules in it, I'd be much obliged! If not then I'm happy to pass along what I ultimately come up with in case any of you guys are looking for rules to use in your own Warhammer games.

Oh and when you talk to Kate Flack, tell her I said she was a cutie patootie.

The system that I've thus far devised is coming along very nicely. I am at the point where I just need to get together my small chart of critical hit effects and then devise the sheets for tracking damage to the ship (the ship's Character Sheet in effect).

If anybody wants to help me come up with the crit chart, I've started a thread for that purpose HERE.
