I say that you should free them and then deliver whatever form of soliloquy you think befits your character's intelligence and charisma. But something along the lines of:
"I hope that my actions have shown you the sort of individual I am and hope others will strive to be. I work tirelessly to free the oppressed and to punish their oppressors. Should you ever come under the tyranny of another, or should you every forget the terror of slavery and force your tyranny on others, expect to see me again."
