Sleeping in Armor

I remember reading someplace on a message board about penalties for sleeping in armor, but I cannot seem to find it mentioned in the core books. Anyone know about this?

Thanks

I'm not sure where it is in the core books, but it's in the equipment section of the SRD. Here's the quote:

Sleeping in Armor: If a character sleeps in a suit of armor with an armor check penalty of -5 or worse, the character is automatically fatigued the next day. The character suffers a -2 penalty on Strength and Dexterity, and can't charge or run.

Getting the "Calling" mod put on heavy armor can help with this. It's a +1 equivilent bonus from Defenders of the Faith. Speak the command word and the armor teleports to you from wherever it is and appears on you. Very handy if you're being ambushed at night a lot (doesn't take time to don) or if you just dont' want to wear full plate all the time. :)

There's a feat in the Netbook of Feats which allow you to sleep in armor without suffering penalties the next day. It looked balanced, though I'm not sure if your character would want to do it all the time ...
