+2 (class base ST bonus)
+5 (constitution mod)
+6 (feats)

+2 (racial bonus vs poison)

Can you check if the above is correct?
Can you raise this bonus more for a 1st level character?

0-level Barbarian/0-level Fighter (see page 40 of the DMG)

While raging, you'll have an extra +2 to your Fortitude saves, bringing them up to +17.

Oops! Bonuses of the same type don't stack. (The racial bonuses are to saves triggered by different types of attacks. A save is still a save, however, regardless of what triggers it.)
