I'll vouch for the Whitehorn books and I also own Sorceror. If you are looking for a different way to run a game with a very different flavor it is worth looking at too, but it is not d20.

As Jonathan Tweet said it's always good to look at different systems. They can help you get new ideas for your d20 game. "Sorcerer" didn't win the Diana Jones Award and Ken Hite's Out of the Box praise for nothing.

Thanks for the nod of approval, Treebore! I wish everyone would pick up the Whitethorn books.

Absolutely. If nothing else, D20 players, even if they have no intention of picking up "Sorcerer", should get "Sorcerer & Sword", which is, hands-down, the best primer on the genre I've seen, with tips that are useful for ANY game system.

...and I'll add my voice to the praise for the Whitethorn modules. Excellent stuff.

Thanks, Gareth. The "Sorcerer" series is amazing and I'm shocked at how many copies Ron Edwards has sold through his Web site all by himself. I'm pretty sure he's only going to sell more through us though.

I've also noted you've bumped up your RPG work a lot this year. Kudos to you!

I just wanted to announce that we expect to open the IPR forums sometime this week. Also, we're just about to sign another member! More details to come soon. ;)
