Frankly, I'm stoked that they pulled in Larry Hama as a creative consultant. That is a step in the right direction, for sure.

I understand he's got a part in the movie as well.

I'd cross my fingers for Tunnel Rat, but I suspect Hama's a bit to old for the part, these days. It's be a great bit of round about fan service, though.

Christopher Eccleston is playing Destro (last minute re-cast). Destro isn't bald in the comics, either (just has a receding hairline when we finally see him unmasked).

Vosloo isn't always bald. Besides, you don't see Zartan without his cowl very often in the comics (at least in the originals, I stopped reading the Devil's Due ones sometime in the early teens- as Darth Shoju notes, they weren't quite the same without Hama*.) I think he appeared without his cowl only a handful of times, and then he had short, black hair. Well, except for his flashbacks, where he was a hippie. Vosloo's really short black hair would work.

*I haven't picked up the Storm Shadow ongoing by Hama, though I've heard it's good. Hoping for a TPB.
