Snatch Feat and Breath Weapon

I thought I read somewhere that if a dragon uses Snatch and grapples a character in its mouth, that character automatically fails thier save aginst that dragon's breath weapon (taking into account the dragon makes its concentration check).

also, automatically deals bite damage every round, or if it doesn't move, double bite damage!

But it's so much more humiliating for the player if the dragon just holds him down on the ground between a couple toes and then breathes on him. I love that.
