Sneak Attacking Undead

Sneak attacking Constructs should be OK, because they get bonus HP by size category, right?

I'm sorry, but I complete miss your point. If you have one? Constructs don't have an anatomy, so rogues can't find spots to attack and inflict more pain.

Masters of the Wild had a feat similar to what you are looking for. IIRC it was called Supernatural Enemy. It allowed you to critical a creature that was immune to being criticalled. But it was tailored for rangers, +7 BAB, favored enemy immune to critical hits and it was a 3.0 book.

Just playing devil's advocate here. Constructs are... well, constructed or built in some way, so they could have inner workings, clockwork thingies or a high density magic core that could be disabled. Of course, that's not common knowledge, so your average rogue would aim for the throat, the heart or the kidneys, and would be so busted... But consider a construct disposal specialist, "Golem Dundee" or something similar, with the right combination of feats or prestige classes... why not let him just lay the smack on the poor golems. they're not that frequent after all, and he wil actually give up a lot to be able to deal with the nasties (don't get me wrong: when you're a rogue, giving up a feat means a lot).

There was a magic sword (an artifact shortsword, to be more precise) in a Necromancer Games adventure; IIRC, it was infused with positive energy, and thus allowed the wielder to sneak attack the undead.

Kalamar Players Guide has a feat called Finding the Secrets that allows you to sneak attack/critical one type of usually immune dudes ...

prerequisites Imp Critical though and some other stuff.

You're sure you don't want to change your title to "Kalamar Pimp" or something? :p

I make the argument that sneak attacking and critting Constructs is better, systemwise, than sneak attacking and critting undead, because, despite their lack of a Con score, Constructs get bonus HP by size category. Saying that they always have fewer HP isn't quite correct, given their 'I'm a nifty Construct' bonus.

They're still going to have less HP than a living creature with the same HD- they'll be closer, but they aren't getting THAT much from their Construct bonus HP. Plus, they have a smaller Hit Die than Undead, so that makes a tiny bit of a difference.
