There was a stupid evil giant spacefaring snowflake called The Crystalline Entity that ate the populations of planets in a couple of episodes of Trek. They blew it up by vibrating it to try to talk to it.​

Just 'cause Voyager sucked and the end of Enterprise sucked doesn't mean you're not still a Trek fan.... You just ignore those irrelevant parts of Trek "history" and state that you'd rather watch the animated series.

Maybe you shoulda used your godlike abilities and smote Paramount Studios for those bunglings...

And even Roddenberry made some crap Trek. Not as bad as Berman and Braga but then none can top those two twits for bad Trek.
