yes, I guess it was three weeks ago - want to upgrade from copper to gold. Just noticing it stills has me as copper.

No change - logged out, cleared cache/history/cookies...still listed as a Copper, no forums below meta other than the ones in the image (above).

Do I need to cancel the Copper...as it seems to be active until 2014?

Upgading your Subscription If you want to change from a Copper to a Silver level subscription. make sure you cancel your existing account first. Otherwise the two will simply run at the same time and you'll be charged for both. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your PayPal account; we unfortnately are unable (legally, ethically, morally, and physically!) to access your PayPal account to do it for you!

We have had a rash of people "reporting" to PayPal that we have has unauthorised access to their PayPal accounts. We don't have access to your PayPal account, and cannot create a subscription for you - only you can do that. If you want to end your subscription, you are able to cancel it from within your PayPal account. Please do not "report us" for unauthorised access to your account: not only is it not true, it also causes us lots of extra work. In addition, it doesn't work as a way of cancelling your subscription - PayPal looks into it, we have to explain to them again how it works, they clear us of wrongdoing, and nothing has been achieved. Thank you!
