So what other classic/old game systems have been revived?

Either unofficially or officially?

I just got a couple of adventures for a Fantasy Trip revival, and want to mention in my review the other old games that have been revived.

1st edition AD&D (via OSRIC and C&C)
Runequest
Classic Traveller - in PDF anyway, I think.

What about Tunnels & Trolls? Didn't that get a recent-ish reprint? And I guess Metamorphasis Alpha kinda fizzled out along with Fast Forward.

Any others.

Somebody else has picked up Metamorphosis Alpha, but I forget who. Tunnels & Trolls had the unimpressive Fiery Dragon "30th Anniversary Edition" last Summer (2005). Ysgarth was finally re-released with absolutely no advertising, press releases, or forum posts to herald the event (click here).

Besides Classic Traveller reprints in print, pdf, and CD-ROM, Far Future Enterprises has also released MegaTraveller, Twilight: 2000, and 2400 AD. I know MegaTraveller and T2k are available as CD-ROMs, but I am not sure if they are available in any other way. The CD-ROMs, by the way, are the complete canon of each game system. Pretty sweet for around $30!

they converted Gamma World to d02 a couple years back. not a fan.

also last year Cyberpunk got a new do. but i wouldn't recommend that one if you held my hand in a brick fire oven.

Shadowrun 4ed is worth it.
