So what's new with the FAQ anyway?

I know the FAQ got updated recently, but they didn't put anything in green this time.

Does anyone know what they added? Or is it simply they just split it all up and didn't add anything new.

As far as I can tell, they just split it up. I didn't see anything new, but I didn't go through it question by question.

I wish they also offer a single-document or one ZIP file download (as Wizards have done with previous FAQ) instead of multiple ZIP files. Now it just increase my download times.

I like the new format (seperate files for the different books), cos' now I can just download the FAQ about the books I use

They should still make a single file (be it one pdf or one zip with the pdfs), and they should make the changes green, even in this version (unless there's nothing new in this version)

Actually, I'm partial to red or blue to indicate new Q&A contents. Of course, there are those who prefer B&W/grayscale printing would like shaded boxed or boxed indicator.

I meant that they should mark it. I don't mind what color it is (as long as it's readable and pleasing to the eye). But IIRC they made the new stuff bold and that will show on print-outs.

The annoying thing is that since they split it, you can search the whole thing, and given the stupid assignment of things to different books, it can make it really difficult to find rulings.

Exactly, Saeviomagy. It is a major inconvenience, now that I have to open up multiple Acrobat Reader windows just to search a ruling that may have been expanded in multiple books.

I also agree that splitting up the faq is damn annoying for us. But the faq mustn't made for us, it was made for the people who don't know much about the game and need to have some basic things covered. For them, splitting it up is probably helpful.
